Refund and Cancellation Policy – Indian Visa and Immigration:
At Indian Visa and Immigration, we strive to offer the best service to our applicants. However, if you
decide not to proceed with our services, you may request a refund or cancellation within 30 minutes of
submitting your application, subject to the terms below:
Refund & Cancellation Conditions
✅ No Refunds for Urgent Travel :
- ‣ Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted if your scheduled travel is within 24 to 48 hours of the application submission.
✅ Cancellation Within 30 Minutes :
- ‣ If a cancellation request is made within 30 minutes of application submission, a refund will be issued after deducting 50% as cancellation charges.
✅ How to Request a Refund :
To request a refund, please email us at info@indiantouristsvisa.com with the following detail:
- ‣ Your full name (as it appears on your passport)
- ‣ Unique transaction ID
- ‣ The email address used during registration
- ‣ Reason for requesting the refun
✅ Processing Time :
- ‣ All eligible refund requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.
